Digital Marketing Manager (full-time)

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager. This role focuses primarily on student recruitment through hands-on digital marketing execution. You'll manage targeted advertising campaigns, work with bloggers and influencers, optimize our online presence, manage email marketing, and promote our programs (Standard Program, ENGin for Defenders, ENGin for Educators, ENGin for Partners, Scholarship Program). Additionally, you'll support our volunteer recruitment efforts with paid advertising and analytical work. This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who loves seeing direct results from their work.

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Create, launch, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Telegram, primarily for student recruitment

  • Support volunteer recruitment efforts by managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms

  • Manage ad budgets effectively, tracking ROAS and adjusting campaigns based on performance data

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting

Website Optimization

  • Monitor and update website pages used for campaigns and audience segments

  • Create content for website pages, including coordinating video testimonials with students

  • Work with analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and increased conversions

  • Collaborate with the team to improve user experience and lead generation

Audience Research 

  • Conduct focus groups and polls to understand audience needs and preferences

  • Analyze research findings to inform marketing strategies and messaging

  • Gather and incorporate student and volunteer feedback into campaign development

Influencer & Blogger Outreach

  • Identify and establish relationships with Ukrainian bloggers, influencers, and content creators

  • Coordinate promotional partnerships and content collaborations

  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach through execution and reporting

Subprogram Promotion

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for ENGin's special programs (Defenders, Educators, Partners, Scholarships)

  • Create promotional content and advertising campaigns tailored to different audience segments

  • Work closely with program managers to understand specific recruitment needs

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations

  • Use data to optimize campaigns and inform marketing strategy decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
✔️English level of B2 or higher
✔️Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, particularly with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
✔️ Experience with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics setup
✔️ Strong copywriting skills for ads, website content, and emails
✔️Be comfortable working with digital tools like Google Slides, Canva, or other similar programs
✔️ Experience working with bloggers/influencers is a plus
✔️ Experience with audience research methods (focus groups, surveys, polls) is a plus
✔️Strong analytical skills
